Joining the =MS= Clan server.

Welcome CSS players who want to join,

This clan is not a clan that takes in anyone, we dont want any n00bs just joining and sucking up at tournaments [not sure if i spelt that right but wth].

But here are the requirements to join:

1. Be cool and friendly to others

2. Dont abuse other players with Admin Powers
[most of the major admin powers are take'n away unless i trust you]

3. Have an average ping of under 75, depends on:
- Internet Problems
- Have TeamSpeak or XFire running
- Not so good Video Card

4. Must keep in contact with other clan members
